What files do I get?

  • Gif (*.GIF) - Used in: Websites, e-signatures
  • Jpeg(*.JPG) - Used in: Microsoft Word documents
  • Adobe Illustrator (*.AI) - Used in: Colour advertising, stationery
  • Adobe Illustrator EPS (*.EPS) - Used in: Website design

What’s the turn around time?

Logo design is not an instant process nor should it be. Generally we allow 1 week to research and create logo concepts. Another 1-2 weeks to revise, modify and finalize. Rushing rarely creates a good corporate identity.

What if I do not like the logo concepts?

We do not provide refunds. The more information you provide us to start with, the better our chance to meet your expectations. The revision rounds are provided to fine tune one of the logo designs or combine elements of a couple of concepts into a logo you do like.

Please note a revision is not a redraw. Revisions are changes made to your logo concepts with regards to color, size, font or building upon the design. Your package has a set number of revisions included, all additional revisions occur extra costs.

What about copyright of my logo design?

We pass copyright of the final logo design to you after sign off and full project payment.

You are completely responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using our logo design services.

Can you design an exact copy of someones logo?

No. We specialize in custom logo design. However, we are happy to design a logo that is similar in style as the designs that you like.

Another company charges less than what you quoted, can you beat that price?

We don't price match. We pride ourselves on offering you value for money. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive design company. We quote according to the time and expertise required for your project. The greater the quotation, the more we believe must be invested to provide you with the best result.

What should I keep in mind when thinking about a new logo?

Before contracting a graphic design studio to create your new corporate image, you should note some ideas about your business and the image you want it to portray.

What type of logo do you want?
  • an illustrative logo (a logo that includes an illustrative representation of what your company does),
  • an icon logo (a logo that includes a graphic - or abstract - representation of what your company does),
  • a text based logo (a font / type treatment that is unique to your company),
  • or a combination of all three.
Consider colour choices. Colour will have a ripple effect throughout ALL your corporate material and is a decision that should not be taken lightly.
